		<description>This is appalling but it&#039;s also hopeful. I would think that cities like Detroit, Buffalo and Rochester have bottomed out. Yes, it&#039;s bad, but now, with people taking advantage of the extremely low prices, there can be a rebirth. Up from the literal ashes.
Hopefully this will continue. Now, what to do with the ghost suburbs in Arizona and Nevada. That&#039;s a whole other story!</description>
