I would think that cities like Detroit, Buffalo and Rochester have bottomed out. Yes, it's bad, but now, with people taking advantage of the extremely low prices, there can be a rebirth. Up from the literal ashes. Hopefully this will continue. Now, what to do with the ghost suburbs in Arizona and Nevada. That's a whole other story! This is appalling but it’s also hopeful.
