Great design, I would prefer a bit more storage space. I guess my taste is closer to a minimallistic approach of interior. Great however!

I believe the height restriction for US highways is 13.5 feet, and width 8.5 feet. As long as it is within that size, the brake lights and tail lights work, and it is a registered trailer with the DMV, you should be good to go. Homes like these are built on standard trailers with wood decking: 2 axle, 10,000 lb capacity should be plenty.

Wow! I love your site. I have recently decided to buy a travel trailer and renovate it, but a tiny house looks more appealing to me. Does anyone know what the laws are regarding tiny houses on the road? I want to be able to travel with it as well as park it in a trailer park. Any help with this question would be greatly appreciated. Take care!

You have propane run to the house, correct? Can you run that heater from a 20lb propane tank? Or is that even something that makes no sense...?

No, it hasn't sold yet. Derek just wrote me to say he is actually reducing the price to $29,500.
