This is fabulous! Derek did a terrific job with the layout + organization. I am loving the small-home living wave! Wishing you lots of good luck in the sale of it – I bet it gets scooped up fast – the price is right!

Wonderfully well put together, Derek. Very homey.
Perfect balance of white, wood and stainless.
Brilliant! ;)

This is absolutely beautiful! I’m wondering if this home has sold yet…?

No, it hasn’t sold yet. Derek just wrote me to say he is actually reducing the price to $29,500.

You have propane run to the house, correct? Can you run that heater from a 20lb propane tank? Or is that even something that makes no sense…?

Wow! I love your site. I have recently decided to buy a travel trailer and renovate it, but a tiny house looks more appealing to me. Does anyone know what the laws are regarding tiny houses on the road? I want to be able to travel with it as well as park it in a trailer park. Any help with this question would be greatly appreciated. Take care!

I believe the height restriction for US highways is 13.5 feet, and width 8.5 feet. As long as it is within that size, the brake lights and tail lights work, and it is a registered trailer with the DMV, you should be good to go. Homes like these are built on standard trailers with wood decking: 2 axle, 10,000 lb capacity should be plenty.

Great design, I would prefer a bit more storage space. I guess my taste is closer to a minimallistic approach of interior. Great however!

Hi
Loved the house. Am getting ready to retire and looking for something like that. I have to unload a house first. How do you find a location for these and what is the approximate cost? Thanks a lot. Mary Lou
