Microwave cookery and bio-gas hot plate might help, Little mention is made of attached greenhouses, gardens aquaponic set-ups! These must be incorporated into basic designs to add survivability in the extreme downturns to come from our "cyclic" economy and "Fiat" money system! Add survivability, and Obama's medical scheme to the picture and you have a "Survival Shelter", an "Earth Ark", of realistic dimension!
